The minimum rental period is 24 hours. Every extra hour is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate.
Vehicles are insured for third-party liability (damages or injury) only in case of an accident.
Hiring charges are to be paid in advance. No refund is accepted.
The maximum speed for any rented vehicle is 50 km per hour.
The renter has to pay for any fines incurred while operating the rented vehicle.
The renter is fully responsible for any theft or loss of the rented vehicle and helmet and will be fully charged.
Vehicles are in excellent condition, and the renter has the obligation to return the rented vehicle in the same good condition.
Driving under the influence of alcohol and/or without a helmet is strictly forbidden. The renter is not allowed to ride the vehicle on sandy or rough roads. Motorbikes are not allowed to be ridden by more than two persons simultaneously. In such a case, the contract is partially void, and no refund claim is accepted.
In case of a breakdown or accident, we must be informed immediately and be given the exact location of the vehicle. The contractor is not responsible for any accident involving the rider, passenger, or third party.
The owner is not responsible for any accidents, damages, or personal injuries caused by the renter, who has the obligation to pay in cash for any damages or injuries to a third party caused by the rented vehicle.
